Jeffrey Guhin is the Abd El-Kader Post Doctoral Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture at the University of Virginia. This summer, he will begin a position as an Assistant Professor of Sociology at UCLA. His first book, The Problem of America: Science, Religion, and Gender in Muslim and Christian Schools, is forthcoming from Oxford University Press.
