Richard Jean So

Richard Jean So is an assistant professor of English and Cultural Analytics at McGill University. He is the author of Redlining Culture: A Data History of Racial Inequality and Postwar Fiction (2020) and Transpacific Community: America, China, and the Rise and Fall of a Cultural Network (2016). His writing has also appeared in The New York Times, Slate, the Los Angeles Review of Books, The Atlantic, The New Republic, and elsewhere.
