Reza Shafahi (b.1940, Iran) is a self-taught artist who, following his time as a trained wrestler,  started painting at the age of 72. His work has been exhibited in Magic of Persia (Dubai), Marlborough Chelsea Gallery, New York, SpazioA Gallery in Pistoia and the Erratum Galerie, Berlin. In 2019 he will be part of “City Prince/sses” at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. Shafahi’s work is currently featured in our “Occult” Quarterly Journal.
